What is free, and what does the Family plan add?
Full Home mode (every topic, games, and rewards) is a Family subscription: $9 a month or $90 a year (AUD), for up to six children on one account. The yearly plan in the app includes a 7-day free trial; cancel in the App Store or Google Play before the trial ends if you do not want to continue. Linking a school code is free and includes the parent dashboard and class progress. See pricing.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage renewals or cancel from your store account settings on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial and nothing is charged until the trial ends.
How many children can I add?
Up to six child profiles per adult account. Each child gets their own year level, maps, progress and rewards.
I have a slip from school with a code. What do I do?
Go to sprylearning.com.au/connect (or scan the QR code on the slip), create a free parent account or log in, and enter the code. Your child’s class profile links to your account and you’ll see their school progress on your phone. You do not need to pay anything to stay connected; the Family plan is only for the games and full kingdom at home.
Which devices work?
Kids learn on iPad and Android tablets. Parents use the same app on a phone for the dashboard and settings. Classrooms can also use Windows PCs.
For teachers and schools
Is it really free for teachers?
Yes. Every teacher gets School mode — the Sky Kingdom, maps and quizzes without the games — for up to 35 students per class, and there is no limit on how many teachers at a school sign up. No card, no quote, no approval.
How do I set up a class?
Sign up as a teacher on the web with your school email, create a class, then type your students’ names or import a CSV. Print the take-home code slips from the class page and send one home with each child. Students sign in on classroom tablets by picking their name.
Do students or parents need email addresses?
No. Students never need an email. Parents connect with the printed code, so you never have to collect or type family email addresses.
What does a school pay?
Nothing to start. School Plus (leadership dashboard, term reports, rostering and single sign-on) arrives in 2027 as a flat yearly fee per school. Schools that want Home mode for every enrolled child can arrange a site licence. Email us with your school name and we’ll walk you through the options.

How do I reset my password?
On the login page, choose “Forgot password?” and follow the emailed link to set a new one.

Is Spry safe for kids?
Yes — children use supervised profiles created by an adult, there is no chat between users, and we never show kids third-party advertising or sell their data. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
