How do I reset my password?
On the login page, choose “Forgot password?” and follow the emailed link to set a new one.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Manage renewals or cancel from your store account settings on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How many children can I add?
A family plan covers up to 6 child profiles per adult. Each child gets their own profile, year level, progress, and rewards.
How do I delete my account or data?

Is Spry safe for kids?
Yes — children use supervised profiles created by an adult, and we never show kids third-party advertising or sell their data. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
